3. Purposes and legal bases

4. How we collect data

Your personal data is collected electronically through the forms on our site, email, phone and WhatsApp conversations, the chat assistant on our site and, if you consent, cookies.

5. Transfers

Your data may be transferred, limited to the purpose, to our hosting and email service providers in Turkey, to authorized public authorities under our legal obligations, and to our financial advisor. If you consent to analytics or marketing cookies, the servers of the relevant service providers (e.g. Google, Meta) may be located abroad; such transfers are made in line with the conditions of KVKK Art. 9. If you have consented to marketing cookies, when you submit the check-up form your email address and phone number are irreversibly hashed (SHA-256) and sent to Meta to measure how the request relates to our ads; your name and message are not sent.

Chat assistant

The messages you write to the chat assistant on our site are sent to our AI service provider, Anthropic PBC (USA), so that an answer can be generated. This transfer is based on the explicit consent you give the first time you use the assistant; if you don't consent, the assistant can't be used, and you can reach us by WhatsApp, email or the check-up form instead. Message content is not stored on our servers: the conversation is kept only in that tab of your browser and is deleted when you close the tab. Our server keeps only the monthly number of requests and their cost, plus hashed (irreversible) IP information for at most one day to prevent abuse. If you turn on read-aloud, the assistant's answer text is sent to OpenAI (USA) to be voiced; the generated audio is not stored on our server. If you use voice input, your speech is converted to text by your browser's own speech recognition service (e.g. Google or Apple). Please do not write personal or sensitive information to the assistant.

6. How long we keep data

Check-up and quote requests are kept for at most 2 years after the request is concluded; contract and invoice records are kept for the period required by the applicable legislation. When the period ends, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized. You can withdraw your marketing consent at any time.

7. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request its deletion or destruction when the legal conditions are met; to request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom it was transferred; to object to a result against you that arises from analysis exclusively by automated systems; and to claim compensation if you suffer damage because of unlawful processing.

8. How to apply

You can send your requests, together with information that verifies your identity, by email to info@clickolog.com or in writing to the address above, in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Applications to the Data Controller. Your application will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
