This policy summarizes how we handle the data of clickolog.com visitors and Clickolog clients. The legal details of how personal data is processed are in our privacy notice.
Visitors
- Unless you fill in a form, we don't collect any information that identifies you.
- Analytics and marketing tools only run with your consent (Cookie policy).
- The information you give us in a form is used only to respond to your request; it is never sold or rented out.
Clients and account access
- We don't ask for passwords. We access your assets, such as ad accounts, pages, analytics and Search Console, through partner or user permissions, so ownership always stays with you.
- For reporting, we use read-only access wherever possible; edit access is granted only on the accounts the work requires, and only with your approval.
- Access keys used for automated reporting are stored only on authorized systems with restricted access, and are never shown on screen or written into messages.
- When you stop working with us, simply remove our access; on request, we hand over the reports we hold and delete our copies.
Use of AI
We use AI tools for analysis, reporting and content production. We pass client data to these tools only as far as the work requires, stripping out personal data where possible, and the results are checked by a person before they are published or sent to you.
