How do I set up the WhatsApp Business API?
You need a Meta business portfolio, a phone number that can be verified, and either a WhatsApp business partner or Meta's own Cloud API. The number must not be in use on another WhatsApp account. We take care of the setup and Meta's approval steps together with you.
Does the WhatsApp Business API cost money?
Meta charges a fee, which varies by country, for template messages the business sends first; replies within a set time window to conversations the customer starts are generally free. Current prices are published on Meta's pricing page, and before setup we estimate your costs based on your usage.
How does WhatsApp order automation work?
When a customer writes in, the flow asks for the product, quantity, address and payment preference, records the order in your system and sends a confirmation message. Anything outside the flow is handed over to a member of staff.
How do I set up an online restaurant booking system?
Table and time-slot capacity is defined, bookings are connected to your website and WhatsApp, and customers get automatic confirmations and reminders. If you already use booking software, we integrate with it.
What is AI automation?
It's adding AI capabilities, such as understanding and writing text, to your workflows: sorting incoming messages, reading and summarizing documents, answering frequent questions and so on. We always keep a human approval step at the critical points.
