What do I need to start an online store?
Requirements vary by country. In Turkey, you need a registered company or sole proprietorship, a tax certificate, an agreement with a payment provider or virtual POS, a shipping agreement, legal texts such as a distance sales agreement and pre-contract information, and your product details and photos. During setup, we work out together which document is needed where.
Which e-commerce platform should I choose?
It depends on your product range, sales channels, budget and how comfortable your team is with technology. Shopify and ikas offer a quick start and easy management; WooCommerce gives you flexibility and ownership; Turkish platforms such as Ticimax have the edge on local integrations. After the needs analysis, we make a recommendation and explain why.
How much does an online store cost?
The platform's monthly fee, the theme, the number of products, integrations and migration work set the price. Once we've mapped out the scope, we give you a fixed quote for the setup; platform and payment provider fees are paid directly from your own account.
Can I move my existing store to a new platform?
Yes. We move your products, customers and order history, and redirect your old URLs to the new ones to help protect your Google rankings.
Will stock and orders stay in sync with marketplaces?
